Wyre Theatres gives the gift of live music, shows and entertainment this Christmas!

Excitement is in the air at Marine Hall in Fleetwood as preparations are well underway for a festive season filled with wonderful shows, events and performances to get you in the Christmas spirit!

First up it’s the amazing Fleetwood Christmas Festival Weekend on Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 November. A feast of free festive fun across two days with a magical Festive Fayre starting each day from 10am. Filled with delicious festive food and drinks, Christmas crafts, gifts and more, it’s perfect for your Christmas shopping! There will be a festive funfair, Christmas-themed walkabout theatre acts, live singing, competitions and lots more to experience.

The event will close at 4pm so that families can get ready for the annual Festive Lantern Parade which starts at 5pm on 27 November, from Fisherman’s Walk/Ash Street and arriving back at Marine Hall at 6pm for the incredible Festive Lights switch on event. These events are free to enter with free parking available.

For a swoon-worthy celebration of the season, don’t miss ‘Magnificent Buble at Christmas’ the UK’s finest authentic Michael Bublé theatre tribute show with an incredible 12 piece big band, fronted by James Billington. At Marine Hall on Saturday 4 December at 7.30pm with tickets starting at £18.

This Christmas special includes a great selection of the music that Michael Bublé has become so famous for at this special time of the year including: ‘It’s Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas’, ‘Santa Claus Is Coming To Town’, ‘Holly Jolly Christmas’, ‘Cold December Night’ and many more.

A night of wonderful ‘Feeling Good’ music awaits you so stick on your best Christmas jumper, cover yourself in tinsel and ‘Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas’

December also brings the magical Christmas Panto you wished for… Aladdin! Fly away on a magic carpet ride over the festive period and follow the rags to riches tale where your wildest wishes can come true and anything is possible….  Featuring ‘Emmerdale’ legend Peter Amory as the dastardly villain Abanazar.

At Marine Hall Thursday 9 December until Sunday 12 December with tickets from just £9. With hilarious comedy, songs, dancing, audience participation and more, don't miss this fantastical family pantomime!

Get ready to shake your tinsel and rattle your baubles with the return of ‘We Three Kings of Rock and Roll’ a tribute to Roy Orbison, Buddy Holly and Elvis performing all of your Christmas favourites from ‘Jingle Bell Rock’ to ‘White Christmas’ all in true rock and roll style! At Marine Hall Friday 17 December at 7.30pm with tickets just £20.

Don’t miss the glitz and glam of the extra-special Christmas Tea Dance, Monday 20 December from 2pm until 4pm. With delicious mulled wine and mince pies, tickets cost just £5 and must be pre-booked.

The excitement continues in 2022 with lots more incredible performers coming up at Wyre Theatres! Give the gift of comedy to someone special this year and treat them to one of the amazing shows from beloved comedians, Dave Spikey, Su Pollard and Ed Byrne!

Dave Spikey brings his hilarious show to Marine Hall Friday 25 February, Su Pollard will be at Thornton Little Theatre Saturday 26 February and Ed Byrne is at Marine Hall Saturday 9 July. With tickets from just £18 these shows are not to be missed!
